So I ordered this because I love the ideal of it being so easy to clean and maintain.. I ordered a 20X25 . Received item quickly and was packaged very nicely.. SUPER EASY to assemble , like 3 minutes simple .. Now the part that was all error on my side �� we had a hog hair filter that was placed in our unit when it was installed brand new unit and filter , in 2012 when we built our home .. The error on my part was that I thought the same place the hog hair filter was located, was where this reusable filter would go also which it was too large to fit there .. NO it goes in the air return located in my hallway.. frustrated, I started a return request!!!! My husband then says hold I think this goes in the air return , sure enough it fits perfectly.. so we took out the hog hair filter ( that by the way is absolutely disgusting always no matter how much I clean it ..) placed this reusable filter in its proper location and I am so pleased , our system runs so much quieter and the air flow is amazing!!! My son��s allergies have improved in just a weeks time and I have noticed less dust in furniture.. as we live in the country and are surrounded by farm fields..This filter is so amazing and I plan on buying another to always have a spare while cleaning the other .. Thank you to this company and please ignore my return request, as I can��t figure out how to delete the return request!!! Because I��m keeping this amazing product!!!
So happy to have this. When I change the filter I wash this one and replace with regular disposable filter. Save a lot of money
I bought this product September 2023, so I have been using it for over a year. I can't say enough about it. I've tried many products and this tops them all. I used to change my filter every 2 weeks, because I have dogs that shed. Believe me when I tell you that the normal filters from local big box stores really don't do the trick. I had to have my AC worked on a few times because dust and hair got through the filter. I don't have that problem anymore. Not to mention the money I have saved not buying filters constantly. Even if you get the cheapest filter on the market, this will still save you money.
I have 4 return vents in my home and 3 of them are different sizes. I also have 4 pets, so you can imagine the dust, dander, and all types of other particles that is floating around in the air of my home. I usually replace my filters every 1-2 months, so you can imagine how much that costs even if I buy them in bulk. I decided to look into reusable filters and REair got great reviews, so I got one.The package came with everything I needed and it took about a minute to put the frame together and slide on the filter. Both the frame and filter feel durable. It also fit like a glove when I put it in the return vent. You can also use the size tag to easily remove the whole filter when needed. The REair fit better than the disposable ones which often moved around and would make a banging sound when it turns on/off. I liked it so much that I needed up buying one for each of my other vents.The only suggestion I have for the designers is to have a pocket to tuck in the zipper. Other than that, I highly recommend this reusable filters.
